     Mrs. Crow's passion for Color Guard started in the Fourth grade when she became a member of the Lexington B Winter Guard program. She enjoyed being a member of that Flag and Saber line so much that she continued with Guard through the Eighth grade.  In high school she continued sharpening her skills as a member of the Bloom Carroll HS Marching Band Flag and Rifle line and the Conception Winter Guard. After high school she shared her passion for Guard by becoming an instructor.  Her first position was with the Canal Winchester HS Marching Band Color Guard where she stayed for eight years. During her tenure she pioneered the first competitive Flag Line program which grew into their first competitive Winter Guard program. Her accomplishments were noticed by others and she agreed to a instruct another marching band guard program at Circleville HS.  She has been the head instructor for the award-winning PHSN Color Guard and Winter Guard since the school began. Kismet and Art 101 have also valued her expertise as an instructor of their professional and independent Color Guard organizations. Aside from her expertise in instructing award-winning Color Guards and Winter Guards, she manages a staff of 60 employees as an Operations Manager with Comprehensive Medical Data Management Corporation where she is nationally recognized with procedural coding certificates through the Radiology Business Management Association and the American Medical Association.  In their spare time you may see her, her husband Rob, and their friends burning up the road on their motorcycles.
