TRACIE PARULEKAR

    Mrs. Parulekaris in her 6^th year of teaching in Pickerington, Ohio.  She is currently in her third year as the band director at Pickerington Lakeview Junior High School, and she also assists her husband, Marc, at Pickerington High School North.  Mrs. Parulekar previously taught at Pickerington junior High School with Lisa Lang and assisted at Pickerington High School from 2000-2003.  Mrs.. Parulekar received her Bachelor and Masters degrees in Music Education from The Ohio State University where her principal instruments were Horn and Voice.  Marc and Tracie will have been married four years on June 22, 2006 and have enjoyed working together for the last five years.  Their son, Andrew, was recently born on July 5, 2006.  They enjoy traveling, especially to the Ohio State Bowl games!

Matt Guirreri
Assistant Director of Bands

     Mr. Guirreri is beginning his third year of teaching.  he was graduate of Pickerington a few moons ago.  After graduating from Pickerington he attended The Ohio State University and received a BME (Bachelor of Music Education) degree.  He was a member of the OSU Marching Band for five years and was awarded the Most Inspirational Bandsmen award in 2000.  Mr. Guirreri was also  a member of Kappa Kappa Psi.   While in the School of Music he was a member of the Symphonic Band, Wind Symphony, Jazz Lab and the Men's Glee Club.  After graduation he began his teaching career in South Charleston Ohio in the Southeastern Local School District.  He taught Fourth grade General Music, Middle School Band, High School Band and High School Choir.  Now, he's  thrilled to be back in P-town working with wonderful students, parents and staff!  Like the rest of the staff, Mr. Guirreri is a huge Buckeye fan and will go to any game he can.
